About the Role
We are seeking reliable and skilled Handypersons to join our growing team, delivering high-quality maintenance services across residential properties. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general maintenance and repair works in occupied and void properties
Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor electrical tasks
Respond to reactive maintenance requests efficiently
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes
Maintain accurate records of work completed
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a similar handyperson or maintenance role
Multi-skilled across basic trades
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
