SEN Learning Support Assistant – Lewisham
Full-time | Long-term | Immediate Start
An all-through SEN School in Lewisham is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN LSA to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. Experience working in an SEN Setting is preferred, but not essential.
Role Overview:
* Support throughout the year groups with their learning
* Supporting students with ASD
* Provide 1:1 and small group support
* Implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
* Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
Requirements:
* Patient, calm, and proactive approach
* Passion for supporting children with SEN
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* SEN/ASD experience desirable but not essential
