Finishing Manager - Birmingham
We're looking for a Finishing Manager to join a live residential scheme in Birmingham.
You'll be responsible for driving internal works through to completion across a multi-block development, ensuring high standards, strong coordination of trades, and a smooth handover.
Key Duties:
Oversee all internal finishing works
Manage subcontractors and push programme
Maintain quality control and snagging processes
Ensure a clean, safe, and well-run site
What we're looking for:
Proven experience delivering finishes on residential / accommodation schemes
Strong, proactive approach with a solid work ethic
Good eye for detail and ability to drive standards
