We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sewing Machinist to join a small, friendly manufacturing team in Lancaster. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for someone with previous industrial sewing experience who can confidently work on a sewing machine independently.
About the Role
You will be working as part of a small production team responsible for manufacturing high-quality cushions and related soft furnishings. Duties include:
Operating industrial sewing machines independently
Manufacturing and assembling cushions
Working to production targets and quality standards
Supporting general manufacturing duties when required
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a sewing machinist (industrial setting preferred)
Ability to work confidently and independently on sewing machinery
Good attention to detail and quality-focused approach
Reliable, motivated, and able to work well within a small team

Monday to Friday
Full-time hours
Pay graded based on experience
