Location: Coventry
Contract: 3–6 Months (Immediate Start)
Rate: £29–£30 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (basic)
Overview:
We are currently recruiting experienced Composite Laminators for a high-performance motorsport client based in Stevenage. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, precision-driven environment, contributing to cutting-edge automotive and motorsport projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Laminating complex composite components to exacting standards
* Working with pre-preg carbon fibre materials
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and lay-up manuals
* Carrying out trimming, bonding, and finishing tasks as required
* Ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety standards
* Working to tight deadlines in a high-performance environment
Requirements:
* Proven experience in composite laminating
* Background in motorsport, Formula 1, or high-performance automotive
* Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible approach to working hours when required
