Project Manager - High-Rise - Suffolk (Secure Projects)
A leading UK main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver residential fit out packages within high-rise developments on secure projects in Suffolk.
Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible to obtain security clearance - a clean background / no criminal record is essential.
The Role
Lead the delivery of residential fit out works on high-rise schemes within secure environments
Manage programme, quality, health & safety, and subcontractor performance
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders
Drive works to meet key milestones and strict project deadlines
Ensure compliance with site-specific security and operational requirements
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager on residential fit out projects
Strong background delivering high-rise developments
Experience working in live or secure environments is advantageous
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Good commercial awareness (cost control, variations, reporting)
Must be eligible for security clearance (clean background essential)
