A leading international law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its global BD & Marketing team, supporting a high-performing Middle East practice across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Beirut.

The Business Development Manager's role
You will play a key role in driving business growth across the Middle East, working alongside partners and senior leadership to shape and deliver strategic BD initiatives, including:
Supporting and delivering business development plans across multiple offices
Identifying target clients, sectors and growth opportunities
Working closely with partners on client relationship development
Coordinating pitches, proposals and marketing initiatives
Collaborating with global BD teams on cross-border opportunities
Providing strategic input on market positioning and business growthThis is a hands-on role with strong visibility, offering real involvement in shaping the firm's presence in a key international market.
The Business Development Manager
Minimum 3+ years' BD & Marketing experience, ideally within legal or professional services
Experience operating at a management level or ready to step up
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders
Commercially aware, with an interest in international markets and growth strategy
Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working across jurisdictionsIn Return
