Fawkes & Reece are currently seeking an experienced Internals / Fit Out Manager to join a major student accommodation project in Edinburgh on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a fast-paced, high-quality scheme, overseeing the internal works through to completion. Key Responsibilities: • Management and coordination of all internal and fit-out works • Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme • Maintaining high standards of quality and finish throughout • Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements • Working closely with the Project Manager and site team to drive progress • Managing snagging and handover processes Requirements: • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Internals / Fit Out Manager role • Proven background on student accommodation or similar residential/commercial schemes • Strong knowledge of internal trades, sequencing, and quality control • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work to tight programmes • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred) • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills Role Details * Start: ASAP * Duration: Approximately 12 – 18 months * Rate: £280– £300 per day (depending on experience) * Location: Edinburgh To apply please forward your CV to Hazel Baron through the website
