The role:
Supporting pupils with autism on a 1:1 and small group basis
Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff
Helping manage routines, transitions, and communication needsWe're looking for:
Experience with autism (school, care, or personal experience)
Calm, patient and consistent approach
