We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our client’s team on a long term contract in Pitsea. The project involves the construction of a new hospital wing, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site activities and subcontractors
*
Manage site safety, quality, and programme delivery
*
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and the client team
*
Maintain site records and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on healthcare or large construction projects
*
Background in Modular projects
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary works and First Aid certifications
*
Ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines

💷 Competitive day rate (depending on experience)
