Role: Mobile Patrol Location: Enfield Hourly rate:£14.00 Role Type: Temporary About the Role We are seeking a proactive and organised Daytime Mobile Team Leader to join our client's Mobile Driver Department. This is a key operational role, combining administrative responsibility with field-based duties to ensure the smooth running of a mobile fleet and client service delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day administration of the mobile fleet Organise and track vehicle MOTs, servicing, and repairs Coordinate with garages and service providers to ensure fleet readiness Conduct new site inspections and develop detailed assignment instructions Respond promptly to client queries and provide effective solutions Manage and attend to emergency requests during daytime operations Carry out site visits and occasional patrols as required Support operational efficiency and compliance across the mobile team Requirements Full, valid driving licence Minimum 2 years driving experience Valid SIA licence Strong administrative and organisational skills Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a team Desirable Skills & Experience Previous experience in a security services or mobile operations environment Experience managing vehicle fleets or logistics operations Familiarity with incident response and client-facing roles Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
