Electrical Foreman Location: Los Angeles, California Salary: $160,000 - $180,000+ + full benefits Hours: Full-time A leading design & build contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to support continued growth across major projects in Los Angeles, California. This is a critical leadership role with a direct impact on project success, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction across large-scale multifamily and commercial developments. You will work closely with the project superintendent and other trades, taking ownership of your assigned scope while leading teams on-site and driving performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee assigned electrical scope, including management of materials and manpower Lead and supervise electrical crews (typically 5+ operatives) on active construction sites Work closely with superintendents and other trades to ensure seamless project delivery Enforce and promote high standards of safety, quality, and compliance Utilize technology (including company-provided iPad and smartphone) to track progress and performance Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members on-site Ensure installations are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and codes Requirements: Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license Minimum 5+ years' experience managing scope on large-scale electrical projects Proven background delivering multimillion-dollar multifamily or commercial projects Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and construction safety requirements Demonstrated leadership experience managing site teams Basic computer and reporting skills What's on Offer: Competitive salary with strong earning potential Company phone, laptop, and iPad provided Access to a dedicated 16,000 sq ft training facility with tailored development programs Clear progression pathway within a high-growth environment Relocation support available for the right candidate
