The Role As a stock condition surveyor, you will be responsible for capturing accurate asset data to ensure the long-term quality of social housing units. Your key duties will include: Surveys: Conducting comprehensive stock condition surveys across various social housing portfolios. Data Capture: Utilising advanced asset management software on a tablet PC to record findings effectively. Collaboration: Working alongside other surveyors and stakeholders to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met. Reporting: Ensuring high-quality documentation and reporting of all survey findings for statutory compliance. Site Management: Managing site visits efficiently across Southeast London to meet project timelines. You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Experience: Proven experience in conducting Stock Condition Surveys, specifically within the social housing sector. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with asset management software and comfortable using tablet-based technology for data entry. Knowledge: A strong understanding of social housing policies, building pathology, and regulations. Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for engaging with residents and stakeholders. Efficiency: The ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits in a timely, accurate manner.
