Job Title: Site Manager – New Build Retail Project
We are looking for an experienced site manager to oversee external works on a new build Costco development in Gloucester. This role in Gloucester will focus on managing Section 278 works, groundworkers, and associated civils packages on a busy site in Gloucester.
As site manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, ensure health & safety compliance, and drive progress across all external works. The successful site manager will have strong experience in civils, infrastructure, and managing teams on large-scale projects.
Requirements:
* Proven background as a site manager
* Experience with Section 278 and external works
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS)
