Warehouse Operative with Reach FLT Licence
Location: Banbury
Pay Rate: From £12.71 per hour (pay rise after 12 weeks)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours
Initial Temporary Period:
* Monday to Friday: Day shifts (8am - 4:30pm) (early finish on Friday)
Permanent Contract:
* Rotating day shifts between early and late start times
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse and distribution team in Banbury. This is a hands-on role combining forklift truck duties with general warehouse responsibilities, suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating a Reach Forklift Truck safely
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Moving stock around the warehouse
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders
* Carrying out stock checks and inventory tasks
* Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
* Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
Requirements
* Valid Reach FLT licence
* Previous warehouse experience preferred
* Good level of fitness and ability to carry out manual handling tasks
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
