Our client, a leading industrial chemical manufacturer, is looking for a Chemical Blending Operative to join their growing team in Flintshire immediately.

With expertise in chemical formulation, blending, and packing, their unique contract packing facility allows customers to access services at any stage — from initial formulation right through to final distribution. They offer a complete, end-to-end manufacturing solution.
The Role:
As a Chemical Blending Operative, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring chemicals are blended accurately, safely, and efficiently to meet customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Blending chemicals in line with precise formulas and procedures
• Following strict health & safety guidelines at all times
• Measuring, mixing, and handling raw materials
• Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards
• Completing relevant documentation and records
• Supporting packing and distribution where required
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in chemical blending or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good awareness of health & safety practices
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to support different stages of production
