Job Title: Press Brake Operative

Duration: Temp to perm/ ongoing contract

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Press Brake Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Stoke-on-Trent.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal components
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Ensure all work is completed to high quality standards and within set tolerances
Carry out routine maintenance and basic machine checks
Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
Adhere to all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience operating press brake machines
Ability to read engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of materials and tooling
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Desirable:
Experience with CNC press brakes
Previous work in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Working Hours:
Full-time, with potential for overtime depending on workload.
