Operational Responsibilities
About you:
* Proven experience supporting individuals with complex and multiple needs
* Strong background in:
* Safeguarding and risk management
* Multi-agency working
* Housing-related support and tenancy sustainment
* Experience handling crisis situations and challenging behaviour
* Ability to maintain accurate records and manage casework effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
