Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Knowsley
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)
Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm (Days) / 6:00pm – 6:00am (Nights)
We are currently seeking reliable and physically fit Production Operatives to join our clients team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
*
Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and other power tools
*
Carry out quality checks and maintain high production standards
*
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
*
Support the team in meeting daily targets and deadlines
Requirements:
*
Previous experience working in a factory or production environment, ideally on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
*
Physically fit and able to handle long 12-hour shifts
*
Comfortable working both day and night shifts as part of a rotating schedule
*
Confident using basic tools such as drills and screwdrivers
*
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
*
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
*
Due to early shift times and limited public transport, own transport is highly preferred
