Our client is looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to work across domestic properties within Northumberland.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out full cleans of domestic void properties
* Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated areas, including:
* Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
* Kitchen and bathroom / restroom cleaning
* Completing routine inspections and basic maintenance checks
* Undertaking deep cleans and occasional special cleaning projects
* Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or repair needs to management
* Ensuring supply rooms are stocked and kept organised
* Working collaboratively with other team members
* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
* Correct disposal of waste in line with company procedures
Person Specification
* Previous experience in a cleaning or labouring role is essential
* Full UK driving licence is required
