A growing construction company based in Woodford is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The successful candidate will be working on a range of public sector construction projects and must have previous experience dealing with public sector works and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing project costs from tender through to final account
* Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
* Working closely with project managers and subcontractors
* Procurement and subcontract management
* Ensuring projects remain within budget and commercially compliant
* Managing NEC/JCT contracts where applicable
Requirements:
* Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry
* Proven experience working on public sector projects
* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence preferred
