🔑 What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the Operational Physical Security Team, you'll:
Lead security assurance across a portfolio of government sites
Act as the trusted advisor on physical security, supporting incident management and investigations
Conduct security audits, health checks, and risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and solutions
Drive compliance with HMG security standards across stakeholders and supply chains
Design and deliver supplier audits, tabletop exercises, and assurance programmes
Build strong partnerships across client departments, suppliers, and internal teams
Support the development and implementation of security policy and processes👉 You'll be the bridge between strategy and delivery, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to physical security.

✅ Essential Experience
Security audits, compliance assessments, or assurance reviews
Working in multi-client or complex service environments
Stakeholder and supplier management
Translating business needs into practical security solutions
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
