Madison Reign is currently recruiting for a passionate and qualified Beauty Tutor to join a thriving education and training provider delivering City & Guilds qualifications to learners across study programmes.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Beauty professional with a passion for education, learner development, and helping students progress into successful careers within the Hair & Beauty industry.
The successful candidate will deliver:
• Introduction to the Hair & Beauty Sector – Level 1 Certificate
• Nail & Beauty Therapy programmes
• Personal & Social Development sessions
• Employability and learner support activities
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Plan and deliver engaging lessons and schemes of work
✔ Differentiate learning to support all learner abilities
✔ Deliver both group teaching and 1:1 learner support
✔ Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records
✔ Prepare learners for assessments and successful outcomes
✔ Promote safeguarding, Prevent and learner wellbeing
✔ Manage classroom behaviour effectively
✔ Support learners with literacy, numeracy and ICT development
✔ Maintain high achievement and pass rates
Requirements:
✔ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy
✔ PTLLS / CTLLS qualification (or equivalent)
✔ DTLLS / Cert Ed / PGCE desirable
✔ GCSE English & Maths Grade C/4 or above
✔ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✔ Experience delivering vocational training or tutoring
✔ Passionate about learner progression and education
