Elite Supply Services are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Tamworth for an enthusiastic and creative Drama Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher to inspire students through engaging and dynamic Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The school has a strong focus on student development, creativity, and high standards of teaching and learning.
The Role
* Deliver high-quality Drama lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
* Plan and prepare engaging schemes of work and assessments
* Encourage creativity, confidence, and participation within the classroom
* Support school productions, performances, and extracurricular activities
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Work collaboratively with the wider Performing Arts department
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching Drama within a UK secondary school
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Passionate about Performing Arts and student achievement
* Ability to motivate and inspire young people
* ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
