Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Optional out-of-hours work available)
Rate:
£200 per day CIS (using your own van)
£170 per day CIS (using company van)
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi Traders to work within the East London and Essex region, carrying out day-to-day reactive repairs in occupied social housing properties.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability for reliable and skilled operatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out a variety of day-to-day maintenance and repair works
Working across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and tiling
Delivering high-quality workmanship in occupied properties
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
Providing excellent customer service when interacting with tenants

Requirements:
Proven experience within social housing repairs and maintenance
Strong multi-trade skillset
Must supply own hand and power tools
Must provide own smartphone for job management
Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
Basic DBS check required
Asbestos Awareness certification required
