Charge Nurse – Medical Surgical
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Charge Nurse to support operational excellence within a Medical Surgical unit. This leadership-focused role is responsible for coordinating daily clinical operations, enhancing workflow efficiency, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, provide advanced problem-solving support, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives that promote patient safety, operational effectiveness, and positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily team performance and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff.
* Oversee patient care delivery to ensure safe, high-quality, and evidence-based nursing practices.
* Address escalated clinical and operational issues while supporting effective decision-making and problem-solving.
* Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
* Current Registered Nurse licensure
* Clinical specialty certification preferred
* Minimum 6 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably within a Medical Surgical setting
* Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
* Fluent English language skills; Arabic is an advantage
