Tradeline are recruiting for a property maintenance and building company delivering high-quality work across residential and commercial projects throughout London.
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader. The ideal candidate will be skilled across a range of trades and take pride in delivering excellent workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* General property maintenance and repairs
* Carpentry works including doors, skirting, kitchens, and basic joinery
* Basic plumbing repairs and installations
* Tiling, patch plastering, and decorating
* Flooring repairs and fitting
* Reactive maintenance and refurbishment works
* Diagnosing faults and completing jobs independently
* Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Maintenance Operative
* Strong all-round trade knowledge
* Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Own tools preferred
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
