The Role
We’re seeking Production Operatives to support the manufacture of timber packaging products including pallets, crates, and cases. Working within a collaborative team and reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll help meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture timber products to specifications and drawings
* Measure, cut, assemble, and secure timber components
* Operate machinery and tools safely (including nail guns)
* Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met
* Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a tidy workspace
* Work to production targets and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
* Manufacturing or production experience
* Timber/wood experience (advantageous)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Positive, team-focused attitude
* Confidence using tools (training provided)
