The Education Specials are looking for school cleaners to work at various schools in Liverpool.
Duties:
* Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
* Dusting and wiping desks, tables, windowsills, and other surfaces.
* Cleaning and sanitizing classrooms, corridors, offices, and common areas.
* Cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, and restrooms; replenishing soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
* Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
* Cleaning doors, windows, and glass surfaces.
* Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or health and safety hazards to supervisors.
* Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely according to procedures.
* Locking or securing areas when required.
* Assisting with deep-cleaning tasks during school holidays or scheduled maintenance periods.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, afternoons either 2.30pm to 5.30pm or 3pm to 6pm.
Duration of the role:
Some placements may be on a day by day basis or long term.
Please note you will need ot be available for all 5 days Monday to Friday and this is mostly working within term time, but some hours will still be required in school holidays.
Requirements for the role:
Must be able to work 5 days per week.
Have an enhanced DBS on the update service that covers children and adults or a willing to get one.
Pay rate:
£14.25 to £15.50 per hour
