Sports Coach Location - Manchester (M15) Start Date - 09/09/2026 Contract Type - Temp to Perm Pay - £100-£110 per day, dependant on experience and responsibilities Are you an experienced and motivated sports coach looking to secure a role for September? We are currently working with a large SEMH provision in the Manchester area to recruit a Sports Coach to join their team. The school supports pupils aged between 11-18, with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, offering a nurturing, trauma-informed approach. As a Sports Coach, you will: Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, using sports sessions to encourage re-engagement Maintain regular communication with other staff members to monitor progress Build strong rapport with students and staffWhat we are looking for: A genuine passion for sports and supporting young people with SEMH needs Previous experience in coaching or youth mentor roles is highly desired Level 2 Team Teach training is highly desired but training can be provided Up to date safeguarding training is desired but training can be providedTo be eligible you must: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
