Trolley Operative – Weybridge
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Hours: 3–4 shifts per week (rota-based)
Availability Required: Must be available to work weekends
About the Role
Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for flexible shift work in Weybridge? We are currently recruiting Trolley Operatives to join a busy team on a rota basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being active throughout their shift.
What the Role Involves
Collecting and returning trolleys across the car park and store entrance
Ensuring trolleys are clean, safe, and readily available for customers
Maintaining a tidy and hazard-free car park area
Assisting customers where required in a polite and friendly manner
Reporting any damaged or faulty trolleys to the relevant supervisor
What We're Looking For
A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Good level of physical fitness — this is an active, on-your-feet role
Reliable and punctual with good timekeeping
Must be available to work weekends as part of a rotating shift rota
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential — full training provided
