Anglian Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join a busy and well-established steel fabrication workshop based outside of Norwich in Norfolk.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder fabricator looking for long-term work with a reputable local employer offering stability, overtime, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
The Role
The successful candidate will be working within a busy fabrication workshop carrying out MIG welding and structural steel fabrication to a high standard.
Duties will include:
* MIG welding structural steel components
* Beam fabrication and general steelwork
* Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
* Working accurately to production deadlines
* Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
* General workshop duties as required
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you should have:
* Proven experience in MIG welding and structural steel fabrication
* Ability to read and work from engineering/fabrication drawings
* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Reliable and punctual approach to work
* Welding qualifications advantageous, although strong practical experience will also be considered
