Location: Reading Start Date: ASAP Pay: £85 - £105 per day Contract: Full-time A fantastic opportunity has become available for a dedicated SEN TA to join a supportive and inclusive school in Reading. This role is ideal for a compassionate SEN TA who is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom. The successful SEN TA will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential. The Role As an SEN TA, you will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to provide targeted support for pupils with Special Educational Needs. You will help create an engaging and nurturing atmosphere where children feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with additional learning needs Assist teachers in delivering differentiated learning activities Adapt classroom resources to meet individual pupil requirements Encourage independence, confidence, and active participation Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families Support the social, emotional, and academic development of learners About You The school is seeking an enthusiastic and caring SEN TA who is committed to making a meaningful difference in children's lives.
