Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Role Type: Permanent staff role
Rate of pay: £20.15 per hr
Shift Pattern: Week 1 Monday to Wednesday 6am – 6pm
Week 2 Thursday to Saturday 6am – 6pm
Week 3 Monday to Wednesday 6pm to 6am
Remuneration: 34 hrs per week
170 hrs holiday per year

We are seeking a skilled Lithographic Printer to join our production team, operating high-spec machinery in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
What you will be doing
* Press Operation: handling everything from plate loading to registration.
* Maintaining colour consistency and conducting quality checks.
* Mixing inks to spec and managing stock levels of paper, plates, and consumables to minimize waste.
* Keeping the wheels turning through routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and active participation maintenance.
What you will bring to the team
Experience as a Lithographic Printer An understanding of both UV and conventional print processes. Colour management skills and a "right first time" attitude. The ability to troubleshoot mechanical or print issues. A flexible approach to shift work and a positive, team-focused work ethic.
