We are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 refuse driver to work for our client based in Wandsworth.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out daily refuse and recycling collections.
* Operate machinery and vehicles safely and efficiently.
* Assist with refuse loading duties to support the crew when required.
* Use in-cab technology and mobile devices as directed.
* Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and in real time.
* Carry out daily vehicle and machinery inspections before and after use.
* Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and equipment.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with members of the public and other road users.
Working Hours
* 2:00pm – 10:00pm, Monday to Friday.
* Some weekend working may be required.
Requirements
* Valid HGV Class 2 Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
* Driver CPC qualification.
* Willingness to assist with refuse loading duties as part of the team.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and reliable.
* Clean driving licence desirable
