Fit Out Site Manager – RC Frame Apartments | Clapham | 9 Months Work
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to join a flagship residential development in Clapham for a leading UK developer.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the internal fit-out package on a large-scale RC frame apartment scheme, managing all internal trades from 1st fix through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Managing all internal fit-out trades from 1st fix onwards
*
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme targets are achieved
*
Driving quality standards and snag-free delivery
*
Maintaining health & safety compliance across the site
*
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team
*
Monitoring progress and resolving any site-related issues efficiently
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential apartment developments
*
Strong fit-out and internals background
*
Experience managing multiple trades on RC frame projects
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
