MEA Central is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Qualified Cover Supervisors to support pupils and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences.
What Could Your Day Look Like?
Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absences
Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials provided by teaching staff
Managing classroom behaviouqr and ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning
Supporting pupils with their work and answering basic questions where appropriate
Ensuring a positive, safe, and productive learning environment
Reporting back to teaching staff on pupil engagement and progress
Working collaboratively as part of a supportive school team
Could This Be You?
Do you have experience working with young people in a school or similar setting?
Do you have a QTS (qualified teacher Status)?
Are you confident managing a classroom and maintaining positive behaviour?
Do you have strong communication and organisational skills?
Are you adaptable, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils?
Do you bring enthusiasm and professionalism to your work?
