Job Title: FLT Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver to join a busy and well-established operation in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a day shift position with the opportunity for a temp-to-perm role or ongoing long-term work.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods across the site, supporting day-to-day warehouse and production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a Counterbalance FLT (B1 licence required)
Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
Moving stock and materials around the site
Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures
Supporting the wider team to meet operational targetsRequirements:
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (B1)
Proven experience operating FLT in a busy environment
Good awareness of health and safety practices
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamShift Details:
