Job Overview: * This school caters for students aged 11-16. * Full-time, Monday - Friday, Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant role. * Support students in Mathematics lessons across KS3-KS4. * Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions to raise attainment. * Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons. * Help students develop confidence, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude towards Mathematics. * Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. * Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Work collaboratively with the Maths department and wider school team. * Contribute to intervention programmes and enrichment opportunities.
