Technical Publisher (Entry Level)

Duration: 12 months initially
Location: Sandwich, Kent (Hybrid - minimum 2.5 days onsite)
Rate: (INSIDE IR35)
- up to £21.55 per hour (Umbrella)
- up to 19.23 per hour (PAYE)
We are partnered with a leading global pharmaceutical company, who are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Publisher to join their global team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training provided, offering exposure to regulatory submissions that help bring medicines to patients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Support publishing activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of regulatory submissions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver publishing portfolios successfully
Maintain and update documentation to support system changes, training, and user adoption
Assist with testing and validation activities to ensure system functionality and compliance
Contribute to implementing digital solutions to improve publishing processes
Support the integration of innovative tools and systems across the businessSkills & Experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
