Are you an experienced Blending Operator looking for a new opportunity in food manufacturing? We’re recruiting for a busy, well-established site in Ellesmere Port, offering an immediate start and great weekday hours.
Role: Blending Operator
Location: Ellesmere Port, Cheshire
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 4:00pm | Friday, 7:00am – 1:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Your Responsibilities:
Operating blending equipment to mix ingredients accurately and safely
Handling and moving ingredient bags (up to 20kg)
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Working efficiently to meet production targets and KPIs
Carrying out quality checks throughout the process
Supporting continuous improvement within the production area
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Blending Operator, ideally in food manufacturing
Ability to safely lift and carry bags weighing up to 20kg
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Good numeracy and basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
