Job Description

Pay & Benefits * Starting rate from £13.49 per hour * Weekly pay * Overtime opportunities available * Early finish every Friday * Career progression and development opportunities * Holiday entitlement included Working Hours * 37 hours per week plus additional overtime when required * Monday to Thursday: Day shifts * Friday: Early finish Key Responsibilities * Assemble and build manufactured products to strict quality standards * Work with a variety of mechanical and production components * Use measuring equipment and hand-held tools to ensure accuracy and quality * Read and interpret basic engineering drawings and work instructions * Carry out quality checks throughout the assembly process * Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work area * Work effectively as part of a production team to meet daily output targets * Support continuous improvement and housekeeping standards * Be flexible to work additional hours during busy periods Candidate Requirements * Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or assembly environment * Confident using hand tools and measuring equipment * Ability to follow written procedures and technical instructions * Good attention to detail and commitment to quality * Physically capable of standing for long periods and handling components safely * Strong awareness of workplace health and safety * Aerospace, Automotive, engineering or mechanical assembly experience would be advantageous
