About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Suppression Installation Team Leader / Supervisor to oversee a team of installation technicians working on a long-term project based in Norwich. The project is scheduled to run until 2027, with further nationwide opportunities available upon completion. You will be responsible for supervising on-site installation works, ensuring compliance with fire suppression standards and guidelines, and maintaining high-quality, safe, and efficient delivery across all installations. Key Responsibilities * Lead and supervise a team of fire suppression installation technicians on site * Ensure all works are carried out in line with relevant fire suppression guidelines, standards, and regulations * Coordinate daily site activities, materials, and labour allocation * Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet specification and compliance requirements * Interpret technical drawings, RAMS, and installation plans * Liaise with project managers, contractors, and site supervisors * Maintain strong health & safety standards on site at all times * Report progress, issues, and variations to management team * Support and mentor installation staff to maintain high performance standards Essential Requirements * Proven experience in fire suppression systems installation (wet/dry systems, sprinklers, or similar) * Strong working knowledge of fire suppression standards and installation guidelines * Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role on construction or M&E sites * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Valid CSCS card (essential) * Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Able to work to deadlines on a long-term project Desirable Qualifications * SSSTS or SMSTS certification * IPAF / PASMA * Fire suppression system manufacturer training * Experience working on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects What’s on Offer * £25.00 per hour CIS pay * Long-term, stable project until 2027 * Opportunity to lead a skilled installation team * Future work opportunities across the UK after project completion * Consistent workload on a major fire protection project How to Apply If you are an experienced Fire Suppression Installation Supervisor or Team Leader looking for a long-term opportunity, please apply with your CV and a brief summary of your relevant experience
