We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT General Operative to join a busy recycling and heavy industrial operation based in Whittlesey.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company specialising in metal extraction and recycling processes within a heavy industry environment.
Shift Options:
* Fixed Afternoon Shift
OR
* Rotating Morning/Afternoon Shift
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
* Loading and unloading materials
* Supporting recycling and metal extraction operations
* Working within a heavy industrial/base ash processing environment
* General operative duties as required
* Maintaining health & safety standards on site
Requirements:
* Valid RTITB Counterbalance FLT Licence essential
* Previous experience within recycling, quarrying, waste management, aggregates, or heavy industry preferred
* Comfortable working in a dusty, heavy industrial environment
* Reliable, hardworking, and safety conscious
* Ability to work as part of a team
