Job Title: Female  Support Worker Location: Surrey   Pay rate: £15.60 - £17.60 PAYE    Job Type: Part Time – Tuesday & Thursday 9.15am-16:30pm, Wednesday 9:15am-15:30pm Must: Drive (UK license) Contract: Temp-Perm   Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new fulfilling opportunity for an experienced Support Worker in the Surrey area! Refer a friend scheme – you can earn up to £500 per referral! Company and Role: Our client is a young adult living in his own home with a brain injury and other complex conditions Our client requires full personal care, support with decision making and community access (including swimming) Our client can have instances of impulsive behaviour so successful candidates will be calm, resilient, and committed to delivering positive, person-centred support while promoting safety and wellbeing. The role will require you to work 2:1, 3 x days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays  Successful Applicant: Previous experience and confident working with adults with complex conditions and managing challenging behaviour – brain injuries, cerebral palsy , epilepsy etc Confidence in supporting decision making ensuring our clients safety and best interests Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license – our client has his own car which you will be able to take him out in  If you’re an experienced Support Worker looking for a new role, this is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference in another person’s life.
