TradeField Recruitment is currently looking for experienced Groundworkers with underpinning experience to work on behalf of a leading property development company in Hertfordshire.
This is a 2–3 week contract with excellent rates available for the right candidates. We are ideally looking for two experienced operatives who already work together as a pair, although individual applications from highly experienced underpinners will also be considered.
The Role
* Traditional underpinning works
* Excavation and concrete placement
* Working to engineering drawings and site specifications
* Maintaining high standards of health and safety
* Working as part of a small, experienced team
Requirements
* 8+ years' underpinning experience
* Previous experience working on structural and underpinning projects
* Ability to work independently and to a high standard
* Own tools and PPE preferred
* Reliability and strong attention to detail
