Housing Reviews Officer – Section 202 – Local Authority – East London
£32 - £42+ per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Hybrid working - 1 day in the office
3 months initial contract – likely to be extended
Job Responsibilities:
* Conducting Section 202 homelessness reviews under the Housing Act 1996.
Reviewing:
* Homelessness decisions
* Suitability of temporary accommodation
* Discharge of homelessness duty
* Housing register decisions
* Choice-based lettings offers
You must have:
* Previous Must have relevant Housing experience particularly with Section 202’s
* Experience of working directly within a local authority
