Receptionist Location: Milton Keynes Contract: Ongoing Temporary Contract Hours: Wednesdays & Fridays, 8:00am – 5:00pm We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Receptionist to join a busy facilities operations team on a large commercial site. This is an ongoing temporary position offering regular weekly work. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-of-house service at all times. Key Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting visitors Managing incoming calls and enquiries Signing visitors in and out of site Handling administrative duties and data entry Managing meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements Supporting the wider facilities team with general office administration Maintaining a professional and organised reception area Requirements: Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred Excellent spoken and written English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and manner Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and customer-focused individual seeking ongoing part-time work within a professional commercial environment.
