About the Role
Supply Desk is looking for an experienced Primary Teacher to join a friendly and supportive school in Portsmouth.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) seeking to develop their careers within a nurturing school environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons, creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, and supporting pupils to reach their full academic and personal potential.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress.
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Promote high standards of behaviour and achievement.
Support the wider life of the school.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience within a primary school setting.
Strong classroom management skills.
Passion for primary education.
Excellent communication skills.
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
