Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting on behalf of Rain Nutrience for Production Operatives / Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing and successful manufacturing facility based in Dunkeswell, near Honiton, Devon.
This is an excellent opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, a 4-day working week, full training, overtime opportunities, and genuine long-term career prospects with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Duties
Working on a busy production line within a manufacturing environment.
Weighing, packaging and labelling products accurately.
Operating production machinery following full training.
Meeting daily and weekly production targets.
Following strict health and safety procedures at all times.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Working effectively as part of a team.
Requirements
Good attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
What We Offer
£14.50 per hour starting rate.
Overtime paid at £21.75 per hour after 38 hours.
4-day working week (Monday to Friday structure with 4 working days).
6am-4pm day shift.
Temporary to permanent opportunity.
